When editing with the Block Editor, you can undo using the back arrow up in the top menu (next to the plus sign)

Elementor has a friendlier interface for precisely choosing what point to revert to, whether for undoing changes made during the current session, or for reverting to a previous revision.

Just click on the “E” icon in the far upper left then select History, and, in History, choose Actions or Revisions:
