The Links page is not directly edited as such. Instead, it will automatically produce the contents menu at the top, and the links, organized by category, below, based on Links as added via the Links Library.

Much more elaborate uses of Link Library are possible. In the current implementation, all that you need for a given link is a title, a url, and a category.
