Forgotten Victory Trail

Preserving History, Inspiring the Future

The Forgotten Victory Trail celebrates New Jersey’s critical role in the American Revolution, connecting communities across the state through compelling stories of courage and determination.

We’re excited to launch our first trail signage on June 22, 2025, at Taylor Park, Millburn, NJ, the day of peace before the Battle of Springfield on June 23rd, marking it’s 245th year anniversary. These markers will guide visitors along the Forgotten Victory Trail and bring history to life.

Partnering with DAR, SAR, Crossroads, local historical societies, state libraries, and community organizations, we’re committed to sharing New Jersey’s untold stories for America’s 250th anniversary.

Join us in making history come alive! Tax-deductible donations, sponsorships, and memberships are welcome as we prepare for an exciting year of events and installations. Discover the thrill of uncovering forgotten history, including the overlooked Battle of New Jersey in 1780—an integral chapter that helped lay the cornerstone of our nation’s foundation.
